Chris Broughton Associates

Chris the head of the consultancy, has practiced extensively in the areas of public and private sector housing strategy, planning negotiation, regeneration and health related aspects of housing policy. He has worked all over England undertaking Strategic Housing Market Assessments and Housing Needs Assessments at all levels of local government including parish and town councils.

He has considerable knowledge and experience of public, community and stakeholder consultation. He has developed successful strategies for communicating effectively with individuals and groups

He has recently worked with Alyson on the Petersfield Neighbourhood Plan undertaking a housing needs survey, site appraisals, formulating planning policy and preparing and attending a community consultation event.
